This case is made out of flexible silicone, perforated with 1mm holes throughout. Details on the box says the holes are there to help your phone breathe. I'm assuming by breathing, they mean in case the phone overheats from overuse? I'm not too sure, but I think the holes give the case a distinctive look.
The case wraps around the entire phone (except the screen). There are precut holes for the headset, volumebuttons, camera, and charging port. The screen is exposed but the outer rims are raised and should provide protection should your phone fall. Because it's made out of silicone, the friction on the case makes it difficult taking in and out of your pockets. It shouldn't be a problem if you're used to keeping your phone inside a purse/bag though.
One more thing, due to the nature of its material, this case can get dirty pretty fast. A wipe with a wet napkin should clean it up quick though. Griffin makes many types of cases for the iPhone as well as other Apple products and tablets. Check them out here.

This is really a great ipad case. It flexgrip punch protects the back and sides of your iPhone in one continuous piece of silicone, ventilated throughout with 1 mm holes for a unique tactile sensation. The rim wraps around to the front to make sure your retina display never comes in contact with hard surfaces. Strategically-placed cutouts give access to camera lens, speaker, ports and controls. Thanks a lot.
but I've heard the cutout for the power port is too large - I don't see a picture..
I absolutely love this case but it got so dirty within a week's use! A wet napkin did absolutely nothing to help. Any other suggestions? I'm not going to buy a new case every time on gets dirty!
